A new ECHR-FRA Joint Factsheet on the European Arrest Warrant (EAW) is now available.

The Court and the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) published a first joint factsheet in a new series summarising ECHR case-law and EU law on certain topics of common interest. This first factsheet brings together case-law from both ECHR and the Court of Justice of the European Union on the European Arrest Warrant.
