The Panel of the​ Grand Chamber decided on 16 December 2024 that the following case be referred to the Grand Chamber: Yasak v. Türkiye, no. 17389/20.

The case concerns the applicant’s conviction for membership of an armed terrorist organisation described by the Turkish authorities as the “Fetullahist Terror Organisation/Parallel State Structure”, on account of activities carried out in secret by the applicant, as a senior officer of that organisation.
