A selection of Case-Law Guides have recently been made available in Bosnian, Hungarian and Polish, as part of the endeavour to expand the linguistic reach of the ECHR Knowledge-Sharing (ECHR-KS). This initiative reaffirms the Court’s commitment to reinforcing its subsidiary role, enhancing the domestic implementation of the Convention across member States, and broadening access to Convention case law.
