12/06/26
The Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights to which the case Knopp v. Hungary (no. 22931/18) had been allocated has relinquished jurisdiction in favour of the Grand Chamber of the Court.
The case concerns covert surveillance measures allegedly taken against the applicant, a Hungarian businessman, by the Hungarian authorities on the basis of a Mutual Legal Assistance request of the Department of Justice of the United States of America.
