Referral of Tergek v. Türkiye to the Grand Chamber

The Panel of the Grand Chamber decided on 15 September 2025 that the following case be referred to the Grand Chamber: Tergek v. Türkiye, no. 39631/20.
The case concerns the prison authorities’ refusal to hand over to the applicant prisoner voluminous internet printouts which had been posted to him by his wife.
