The Panel of the​ Grand Chamber decided on 14 November 2022 that the following​ case be referred to the Grand Chamber: Grosam v. the Czech Republic, no. 19750/13.

​The case concerned the disciplinary chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court's issuing a fine for professional misconduct in disciplinary proceedings against the applicant, practising as an enforcement officer, and his subsequent appeal to the Constitutional Court.
