The Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights to which the case Mansouri v. Italy, no. 63386/16, had been allocated has relinquished jurisdiction in favour of the Grand Chamber of the Court.

The case concerns the refoulement of a Tunisian citizen at the Italian maritime border as his residence permit had expired and his confinement on board the vessel tasked with his immediate repatriation.
