Relinquishment in favour of the Grand Chamber of the case Pindo Mulla v. Spain

The Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights to which the case Pindo Mulla v. Spain, no. 15541/20, had been allocated has relinquished jurisdiction in favour of the Grand Chamber of the Court.
The case concerns blood transfusions administered to the applicant, a Jehovah’s Witness, against her will.
