Relinquishment in favour of the Grand Chamber in the case Knopp v. Hungary

The Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights to which the case Knopp v. Hungary (no. 22931/18) had been allocated has relinquished jurisdiction in favour of the Grand Chamber of the Court.
The case concerns covert surveillance measures allegedly taken against the applicant, a Hungarian businessman, by the Hungarian authorities on the basis of a Mutual Legal Assistance request of the Department of Justice of the United States of America.
