The Panel of the​ Grand Chamber decided on 14 December 2023 that the following​ case be referred to the Grand Chamber: Kovačević v. Bosnia and Herzegovina, no. 43651/22.

The case concerns the applicant’s inability, due to a combination of territorial and ethnic requirements, to vote for candidates of choice in legislative and presidential elections at State level.
