The Panel of the​ Grand Chamber decided on 24 June 2024 that the following​ case be referred to the Grand Chamber: Danileţ v. Romania, no. 16915/21.

The case concerns a disciplinary sanction imposed on a judge for posting two messages on his Facebook account. The applicant complains of a violation of his right to freedom of expression.
