Referral of S.O. v. Spain to the Grand Chamber

The Panel of the Grand Chamber decided on 3 November 2025 that the following case be referred to the Grand Chamber: S.O. v. Spain, no. 5742/22.
The case concerns the alleged absence of valid informed consent by the applicant for the expansion of the scope of her breast-conserving surgery to the resection of her nipple areola complex.
