The Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights to which the case Pindo Mulla v. Spain, no. 15541/20, had been allocated has relinquished jurisdiction in favour of the Grand Chamber of the Court.

The case concerns blood transfusions administered to the applicant, a Jehovah’s Witness, against her will.
